Cuba Music Exchange Program
Network in the industry and move to the rhythms of music in Cuba, exploring various music genres in Cuba from Hip Hop to Reggae. Includes dance classes, studio tours, live performances, engagement with music institutions, artists, producers, industry professionals, and more.
Fitness & Wellness En La Habana
Be inspired and get in shape with fitness classes that may include yoga, high-intensity cardio, strength training, and other exercises, complimented by visits to organic farms, networking sessions with medical and health professionals, and engaging discussions about best practices for food and health.
Diaspora Dance Program
Let your body and soul lead in our immersive Dance Program, introducing you to the history, social meaning, and movements of various dance styles including Rueda de Casino (Cuban Salsa), Orisha Dances, and Rumba, through instructor-led dance courses, paired with tours of religious, social, and cultural centers.
Jazz En La Habana
Receive an All Access Pass to one of Cuba’s biggest gatherings, the annual Havana International Jazz Festival. Engage in the music concerts, presentations, impromptu jazz sessions, and dancing activities of the festival, along with a curated schedule of tours to historic landmarks and communities to learn more about Cuban society and life.
New Years En La Habana
Our end of the year celebration, discusses and commemorates advances of the Republic of Cuba with tours, discussions, and presentations at various institutions, community centers, and social centers, to get a deeper view of Cuba’s challenges and changes of the year.
